We seek to encourage independence of the health professions from the marketing strategies of companies producing medical supplies and treatments (e.g. Continuing Medical Education sponsored and financed by such companies), aiming to protect the impartiality and independence of clinical judgment from the distorting effects of marketing and conflicts of interest. We also promote the development of regulatory mechanisms that help prevent and manage conflicts of interest in medicine.
Finally, we organize an annual Seminar open to the public, with the aim of giving room for dialogue and debate on the issues that bring us together.
We invite you to learn more about our initiative and to join this campaign, and contact us to share your own experiences and point of view.
